| The following guidelines apply for purchasing wholesale:
You must have a valid Tax ID to order at wholesale.
There is a minimum purchase of $150.00 for all new orders, as well as re-orders.
Because each item is hand-crafted, all orders must be pre-paid. We cannot accept COD's.
Acceptable forms of payment include: Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. Placing your order authorizes The Pampered Pumpkin to charge your credit card at anytime after the order is placed.
A cancellation fee of 25% of the order total will be assessed on all orders cancelled after 3 business days.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be filled. There is a 10% charge for rush orders, if you need it filled sooner than this.
Default shipping is Fed Ex Ground and includes insurance for the wholesale amount of your order. Shipping cost is 10% of the total order.
We will be happy to exchange an item should there be a merchandise defect only.
All exchanges must be pre-authorized and returned with a valid RA#.
Resale prices must be double that of wholesale.
